About Me!

I became a health and fitness coach to help women become the best version of themselves not only physically but mentally too. I want women to switch their mindsets from focussing on what they look like and punishing themselves every time they 'overeat'; to feeling proud of what their bodies are capable of.

I haven't always been a personal trainer, I haven't always lifted weights or crazy distances. I understand what it is like to commute for hours and to sit at a desk 50+ hours a week; to come home and feel too tired to go to the gym.

I am excited to create as many healthy and fit role models for the next generation to look up to. I want to see you SUCCEED!
